During the first call, the lady operator happily took my order and then said "oh sorry we do not have crispy chicken in this restuarant." like huh?! and so i asked "so how am i supposed to get crispy chicken then?" and her reply goes "sorry there is no other way" and i said nvm i will call back later.

I called back a min after. This time its a male operator. It's his bad luck. He asked for my order and when i told him i wanted the Golden Fiesta, he said "sorry mdm the promotion has ended" i was like huh ended? and he said "yes it already ended." and so i lost my cool and shouted at him and hang up on him. too bad.

Inefficient.
