anyway the contractor did not pass the most updated colour scheme to his workmen and hence on Monday, the whole house was painted with the wrong colour. But luckily, the whole house was fully painted yesterday! *YEAH* but haiz.. the painting skill really chui..even I can tell its not v v perfect! haiz.. hopefully the wardrobes will be good, if not i wont hesitate to scream at them..

thinking back, i have screamed at the person who amended my qty of taps, and yesterday i screamed at the guy in charge of my lights. apparently, they packed my dining light weeks ago and defects surfaced. We had given them both our contact numbers, but d@ddy's number was not clearly indicated and no one called me. And the salesperson left the company. And so i screamed at the person taking over. cos he did not go through the list and well, he allows us to choose another design of our choice, despite the price. but no way! in the end, he has to DHL the whole lamp to taiwan to fix the chipped glass. and if he doesnt deliver before i move in (2nd week of sept), i am going to tear him apart.

i cant stand all these hiccups which can be prevented easily. by informing me right away on the wrong qty and on the defects found, it would reflect better on their customer service. but since i spent 3k on them, and customer satisifaction is not met, sorry, eat my shit.
